Sattina’s Sign & Go Notary is not a law firm, and I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Maryland or Virginia.

As a commissioned notary public, I am not permitted to:

• Provide legal advice

• Draft or interpret legal documents

• Recommend the contents of any documents

• Accept fees for legal services

My role is limited to verifying identity, witnessing signatures, and performing authorized notarial acts in accordance with Maryland & Virginia state law.
